Using ScoutKit

Use the service lawfully and keep account access secure. Do not try to access another person’s workspace, bypass access limits, disrupt the service or extract protected data in bulk. You must be an adult able to agree to these terms.

Research and creative rights

Ads, brands and third-party materials belong to their respective rights holders. Access to an example does not grant permission to copy its creative, trademarks or claims. Use research to develop your own lawful work and verify claims before publishing.

Coverage can be incomplete or out of date. We do not know advertisers’ sales or profits, guarantee business results, or run campaigns for you. Website checks do not guarantee rankings or AI citations.

Your work

You keep rights to the private content you submit. You allow us and necessary service providers to process it to deliver the tools you request. Do not submit content you are not entitled to use. See privacy for data handling and deletion.

Subscriptions

Public paid checkout is not yet open. When offered, Starter is USD $19/month or $190/year. Pro is planned at USD $39/month or $390/year and is opening soon. The checkout must show the actual charge, billing interval and any tax before payment.

Subscriptions renew unless cancelled. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. Founding price locked while you stay subscribed; after cancellation a new subscription uses the price then offered. Cancel anytime through Manage plan in your account when available, or contact us. Access continues through the paid period. Cancellation and refunds are different; see refunds and cancellation.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided “as is”, without guarantees of results or uptime. We may suspend or close accounts for misuse and may change or end features or the service. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the operator's home province.

Changes

Material changes to paid terms will be communicated before they take effect.
